The Price Is…

Homeowners…once you decide that it is time to make a move you will have to decide on a price. Will it be marketed as:

– List Price?
– Asking Price?
– Offered At Price?
– Available For Price?
– Make Me Move Price?

How you communicate (advertise) the price can influence the process and end result.

All of the above give permission to prospective buyers to offer less than the published price.; i.e., “let’s negotiate!”

That is certainly one approach but not the one that we believe will produce the best results. There is another, better way…
