I noticed a house for sale today (probably $800k range) with the agent’s sign leaning at about 70%.
What impression does that give a prospective buyer? What impression does that give the neighbors regarding the agent?
Add what looks like a vacant property and months on the market and it all spells distressed sale and low offers.
Just the sign falling over is a signal that no one seems to care or is watching the property.
This is one very good reason we like to remain hyperlocal to our listings…keep an eye on our branding and help our clients net more in less time.
